About the artist

Evangelos Tsingelis was born in 1963 in village Soufli of Evros perfecture. At the age of 4 he and his family moved in the city of  Thessaloniki where he currently lives and works.

His love for the gifts of nature (wood - stone - metal and other recyclable materials), the concern that had inside and the tendency to create, aroused his fantasy and his dreams giving the lifeless material shape and color and transforming them into unique works of art.
